RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns will not be accepted unless you have emailed with your reason for return, and have received a response.
If you need to exchange an item, we will issue you with a store credit once we receive the original item in new, unused condition.
Returns for online credit will be processed free of charge. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be issued your online credit via email and it will be accessible at checkout.
Please send your parcel back to the address above following the same format. We are not responsible for duties or taxes or any other fees when sending back to us.
You must return your items to the address above within 7 days of receiving the original parcel.
Items must not be worn, altered or washed.
Items must be returned in new and unused condition and have all tags and original packaging attached.
Please note that the shipping charges or any related expenses (customs fees, etc) cannot be refunded.
Please note all shipping of returns are at the expense of the customer.
Until the return item is received at Noise Zealand, it is your responsibility. We highly recommend using track and trace.
If we cannot repair or replace the item, then an online credit will be issued. We will only refund if the original product/s are out of stock.
We do not offer refunds unless your original product/s is faulty or out of stock. If you change your mind about the item you purchase we can issue you an online credit.
Gift vouchers are non refundable.
If you want a refund (where applicable) exchange or online credit, it must be done within 14 days of you receiving your goods.
